Monarch Contemporary Art Center

Monarch Art Center displays contemporary outdoor sculptures throughout it’s acres of gardens and is open from dawn to dusk year round. On the grounds you will find the works of over 140 talented regional, national and international artists.

One of the best collection of antique dealers in the south county. You can spend hours poking around looking at their fine collections. Plus they are right across the street from the Sandstone Cafe!

Thurston County Trails

There are miles of paved public trails here in Thurston County that are perfect for walking, bicycling and rollerblading. There are access points to these trails just a few miles from the park, the nearest one is on Waldrick Rd, just past Steadman Rd.

Wolf Haven International

Guided 50-minute walking visits offer guests a rare, close-up view of wolves.
